Our
Mission
At LIFT Fitness Studio for Women, our mission is to create a welcoming space where women can build strength, confidence, and connection through intentional, coach-led training. We believe fitness should feel supportive, empowering, and sustainable; never intimidating or isolating.

LIFT was created for women who want more from their workouts: more guidance, more community, more purpose, and more results without spending hours in the gym. Here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Our goal at LIFT is simple: help women walk in feeling welcomed, leave stronger, and build a lifestyle that enhances their lives, not consumes them.
About Us
Founded by three experienced fitness trainers, Coaches Zee, Sara & Elaina. Each have their unique talents & skills, and all share a passion for helping others find their strength. Together, they have built a strong community of women who not only enjoy LIFTing weights together but walk alongside each other as they do life.


What Sets Us Apart
Coach-led, small group training with a personal feel. Our workouts help women build strength, confidence, and momentum in a supportive community atmosphere. At LIFT, there's power in training together, encouraging one another, growing strong as a group, and showing up for yourself alongside women who genuinely want to see you win.
Whether you are new to lifting weights or have years of experience in the weight room each session is designed to challenge you, support, and meet you where you are.
What We Do
Each week includes thoughtful workouts including full-body, lower-body, an upper-body to create balance, progression, and variety without the overwhelm of figuring it out alone.

Each month, our programming evolves with new exercises, training focuses, and intentional progressions to keep workouts effective, challenging and engaging.

They work with you as an individual to meet your specific goals while modifying exercises to accommodate any limitation you might be facing. THE BEST COACHES you will find. These women care about your health and fitness goals and will push you to do more, lift more, and believe in yourself. They are so genuine, so fun, and just the most lovely ladies inside and out. Working out has a tendency to feel like something you have to do, but they help turn it into something you want to do. As a Muslim woman who wears a headscarf, feeling comfortable in a gym isn’t something I take lightly. But here, I’ve always felt welcomed, respected, and truly seen. That means more to me than I can fully put into words.
It doesn’t feel like just a gym - it feels like a place you belong, and a place that helps you become a better, stronger version of yourself. It’s truly a gift to be a part of this community and something I’m incredibly grateful for.
